Covid 19 FAQs for Clients

✅ Can I reschedule my event?

Absolutely. We’re happy to process a postponement for you to a new date that the band are available for, and there won’t be any additional fees associated with doing this.


✅Can I keep my existing booking and pencil in another date/dates?

We've had to come up with a way to deal with this situation that is fair to both parties involved. We need to make sure that we are fair to you the customer by offering to postpone the date without paying a new deposit, waiving cancellation fees & transferring the deposit to a new available date.


✅What if I just want to cancel altogether?

That’s totally fine, some people just want to take a step back from everything and see how things play out. As above, you won’t be subject to any of the cancellation fees as stated in the T&C's and we’ll return any balance payments made straight away. Deposits are non-refundable and are retained to cover the reasonable costs already incurred by the business to facilitate the processing of your booking.

 

Booking

In order to book a deposit of £100 is required. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a booking confirmation by email. The deposit not only ensures your booking is confirmed but is used as payment for costs incurred in processing your booking.

Final Balance

The final balance is payable no later than 1 week prior to your proposed event date.

Changes to Agreement

Should the client choose to change the venue or date of their event, The Numbers will endeavour to accommodate the changes, however if the entertainer is unavailable on the new proposed date or the venue is deemed unsuitable by the band, the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation terms will apply.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of the band cancelling the agreement due to Force Majeure, the band shall inform the client as soon as they become aware of the force majeure event.

The Numbers will endeavour to offer the client an alternative entertainer of similar size, style and cost. We will make all reasonable attempts to provide a suitable replacement. Should a suitable replacement not be found or the replacement not be acceptable to the client, the band agrees to refund the client the deposit and any further fee's already paid by the client.

The client reserves the right to cancel  agreement, however the following charges will apply.

If You Cancel

< 6 months from engagement 100% of the remaining balance

6 -12 months from engagement 50% of the remaining balance

> 12 months (Deposit returned)

All cancellation fees must be paid within 30 days of cancelling the engagement.

Use of Deputy Performer

Then Numbers will perform using their standard group of performers as advertised the client, unless otherwise agreed in advance. In the event of entertainer member illness or serious injury, the entertainers reserve the right to use deputy performers, that are the same standard and professional competence as the original performer. The deputy performer will have good knowledge of the entertainers set list and represent the entertainers to the same high standard expected by the client.
